Meet Our Board

Audrey Mackie

Founder/President

Audrey Mackie is a devoted wife and mother of four, whose life and work are deeply rooted in family, community, and a passion for inclusion. As the mother of Michael, her inspiration and driving force, Audrey has turned personal experience into purpose—dedicating herself to creating opportunities where all children, regardless of ability, can fully participate and feel a true sense of belonging.

Audrey’s leadership is guided by both her professional background in operations and community engagement and her lived experience as a parent navigating the need for more inclusive spaces.

In addition to her nonprofit work, Audrey serves as a Supervisor for Pine Township, where she is committed to strengthening the community through thoughtful leadership and advocacy for families.

At her core, Audrey is a connector, a builder, and an advocate—driven by the belief that every child deserves the chance to play, participate, and thrive. Whether she is leading initiatives, building partnerships, or supporting her own children, Audrey brings heart, determination, and vision to everything she does.
